Day 2 - Butt & Legs
This traditional Barry's Bootcamp class is for all levels and consists of 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity performed on a treadmill and 30 minutes of weight/resistance work using hand weights. HOWEVER, you don't have to use a treadmill to do this workout. You can use any type of cardiovascular exercise machine such as an elliptical machine, stair master, stationary bike or rowing machine. Simply increase the resistance when directed to increase the incline on the treadmill.
For this workout you will need access to a cardiovascular exercise machine (see above), a set of heavy & a single medium HAND WEIGHT (Weight approximations Ladies: 2 Heavy 12 lbs. and one medium 8 lbs. Gents: 2 heavy 20 lbs. and one medium 12 lbs.)
NOTE: All speeds and weights on this recording are suggested guidelines and should be adjusted to fit your fitness level until you can work up to the actual values. Just continue to change the speeds each time you are directed and try to do a little better each time. You'll see the results.
